Custom Plaques

Custom Plaques are available for both the Commemorative and the Memory Monuments.

Our Custom Plaques can be used on any headstone or monument.

To Order A Plaque

1. Choose the type of Plaque you would like to order
2. Determine the Text and Photograph (if desired) that you would like placed on the plaque
3. Order the Plaque either through our on-line store or by contacting us via Email or Phone - See Contact Us
4. Send us your Text and Photo Image via Email or regular mail service.

We will send a confirmation via Email.

Delivery: Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for your plaque to be custom made and delivered to you.
